We at Namaste Oneness Centre are dedicated to your health, wellbeing and awakening!

We feel very blessed to have been given powerful tools of transformation and would like to share our knowledge with you to assist you on your life journey. In a world that is changing fast, the need to stay centered, energized, mentally strong and spiritually open is increasing by the day. We will give you the tools and guidelines to achieve that in our three hour morning workshop called Deeksha Yoga and our comprehensive Evening Meditation.

You are also welcome to book a private session for Reconnective Healing, Cranio Sacral Therapy or Sports massage. Before and after class you can browse our carefully selected range of books, cds and health products.
